INTRODUCING TELEPSYCHIATRY PRIVATE PRACTICE

HOW IT ALL WORKS

Clinics inclusive of Community Health Centers, FQHC's, and RHC, as well as CAH's have contracted with PMPI for Part-time/Full-time position's for a BE/BC Adult and Child Psychiatrists Licensed in CALIFORNIA

Involves TELE-PSYCHIATRY like in a PRIVATE PRACTICE.

You can practice from your current State of Residence. TELE is the Future of Psychiatry. PMPI is the innovative professional corporation YOU!! want to be a part of! We provide flexibility. You need to be computer savvy, as all records are Electronic.
You will be providing care to adult and/or child patients. There is no on-call. Ours is a high income potential, low stress job. Group has 46 Providers and expanding. We now provide services at 96 sites all over CA. Our providers kept consistent incomes during COVID-19 emergency. 

You will see routine low acuity Psychiatric patients ranging from Mood D/O, Anxiety disorders, Schizophrenia, to Depressive D/O, Psychological Factor due to Chronic pain and Adjustment D/O, for Children - ADHD, ODD, IED/O. These patients are in Primary Care and Community Health Center and Critical Access Hospital Clinics.

Our current Providers decide and allocate one to two - 4 hour slots in a 8 hour work day. So you can work up to 8 hours each weekday (flexible) and/or 40 hours a week. Some weekend/ off hours work is also available at this time.

Responsibilities:
Provide psychiatric medical services including Psychiatric Evaluations, and follow-ups on patient’s. Write prescription orders, e-prescribe or Fax Rx. Respond to messages and forms in a timely manner via EMR/EHR. Be flexible for cross coverage during other providers time off. Due to practice in Community Health Centers (shortage areas) the structure of initial and follow up rate reimbursement is the same dollar amount, due to this way of payment, you will see augmented money potential after you are done with initial evaluations of patients. So in essence you build up a practice slowly and consistently over first 2-4 months for substantial income potential.

Requirements:
The ability to interact compassionately with a diverse population. Have outpatient experience. Must be a CA Licensed, with DEA certificate, in good standing with the State of California, Other States and in Past Practices.

Income Potential
Most of our current Psychiatrists are doing per-diem work with us (1099), your income potential can range from $ 162.50 an hour to up to $ 260 an hour, depending on how many patients you can see in the hour (2 to 4 patients is what our Psychiatrists currently see). Most of our Psychiatrists have their own health insurance. We will pay malpractice insurance coverage, DEA, and CA license for applicants wanting to work a minimum of 32 hours a week. Job Type: Contract
Salary: $ 260,000.00 to $ 430,000 /year based on 40 hrs a week and 50 weeks a year work (seeing 2-4 patients in an hour)
